World Bonsai Day
Join the North Carolina Arboretum and BRBS club members to celebrate World Bonsai Day and the opening of the Bonsai Exhibition Garden. BRBS members will be working on trees around the garden area and Bonsai Curator Arthur Joura will present a live demonstration.

World Bonsai Day / Opening of the Bonsai Exhibition Garden
Bonsai Curator Arthur Joura will present a live demonstration in the Bonsai Exhibition Garden to celebrate World Bonsai Day. Blue Ridge Bonsai Society members will working on bonsai trees throughout the day and will be available to answer questions related to bonsai development and care.
World Bonsai Day was established by the World Bonsai Friendship Federation (WBFF) in 2010 to honor Master Saburo Kato’s legacy and mission to connect people through nature.
