Beginners Bonsai Class (3rd Day)

These classes consist of 3 sessions of 3.5 hours (+/-) each.  The dates are Jan. 11, Jan. 25, and Feb. 15 at Bullington Gardens in Hendersonville beginning at 9:30 each day.

The class is really designed for the rank beginner and will take the student through almost all of the activities that a person would encounter over the course of a typical bonsai year.  Each student will get a very nice 3-gallon Procumens Juniper and a pot.  The tree is directly from the nursery, so it has had not any work done on it.  We will take you through designing, styling, and wiring of your tree.  The third session will be about soils and repotting and in this session you will actually pot up your tree in the provided pot so that at the end of the class you will have an early stage bonsai ready to put in your…
