Meetings & Events
Monthly meetings feature time to share, get advice, and work on your trees. Regular educational programs by club members and bonsai artists from around the world plus members only workshops and classes are all part of membership. Members can also display a tree at our annual Bonsai Exhibition!
Early Access & Discounts
Club members get early registration for exclusive events and every member is eligible for discounts from local vendors like Appalachian Plantworks and others.​

Special Excursions
Club members get access to day trips and hand-on tours and workshops. Recent examples have included collecting yamadori trees, pottery-making workshops, garden tours, and more

Materials & Resources
Members or guest artists often bring bonsai material to sell at regular meetings. Also, at our annual Silent Auction, members can bid on trees, pots, and other bonsai-related items donated by members to benefit the club

BRBS includes over 100 members at all levels from experienced artists to newcomers - and everyone in between! Members help one another both in person and in our members-only online community
